Golden Community is teaming up with Concrete Recovery LLC and setting up a disaster relief operation in Kentucky.

We are leaving Friday (12th) and are inviting anyone that wants to volunteer over the weekend to come and join us. (You are welcome to serve just one day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), or all of them, and sleep over Friday and/or Saturday night)!!

The location is 3 hours away from Cincinnati and there will be accommodation, showers, food etc. supplied, all we ask you to bring is a sleeping bag/mattress (If you don't have these items, let us know and we'll procure a set for you), toiletries and your clothes to work in (PPE will be supplied by Golden Community).

We are having some of BLOC Ministries guys from their addiction recovery program joining us to help serve, so this is HUGE as far as uniting a city in a worthwhile cause!

Please also consider dropping off supplies and/or donating to our cause as the need is great and we all CAN make a difference.

Items can be dropped off at Golden Technology at 7681 Tylers Pl. Blvd. West Chester, OH, 45069 Monday (8th)- Thursday (11th) 9am-5pm.

General supplies that we will distribute to residents and other disaster response teams, these items are:

*Fans

*Toiletries

*Cleaning Supplies

*Non-Perishable Food

*Rubber Gloves

*Paper Towels

*Diapers

*First Aid Supplies

*Power Tools (Drills, chainsaws, power tool kits for repair and maintenance)

*PPE

*Microwaves

Details for Registration & Serving:

Golden Community will be helping a church that has various programs that serves the community with children's education programs, addiction recovery, food/clothing, housing needs, etc.

Tools and equipment will be supplied, you have only to show up! ;-)

The location is 3 hours away (43 Happy Ln, Jackson, KY) from Cincinnati and there will be accommodation, showers, food etc. supplied, all we ask you to bring is sleeping bag/mattress (If you don't have these items, let us know and we'll procure a set for you), toiletries and your clothes/boots/shoes to work in (PPE will be supplied by Golden Community).
